Libintl-Perl Moved To Github

Beginning with libintl-perl release 1.26 the repository has now been moved to github. All other git repositories will be defunct soon.

You can now clone the repository with:

git clone https://github.com/gflohr/libintl-perl/

New In Version 1.26

Like version 1.25 this new release only fixes tests producing false negatives. If you are currently using version 1.24 or better, there is no reason to upgrade.

Especially on BSD systems the tests still failed because setting locale to "de_AT" does not work there. You have to add a charset, for example "de_AT.UTF-8" but that causes problems on other platforms. I therefore decided to skip the tests, when the exact requirements are not met.
